3.3 Murcia Golf Owners claims copyright to the electronic pages and images of the photographic material supplied by the advertiser.
3.4 The advertiser warrants that he is the owner of the photographic and textual material supplied and has ownership of copyright or has authority from the copyright owner to grant Murcia Golf Owners permission to use the material.
3.5 All digital images produced by Murcia Golf Owners shall not be reproduced without our permission.
3.6 Murcia Golf Owners cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright laws resulting from material supplied by the advertisers.
3.7 The advertiser agrees to indemnify Murcia Golf Owners from all claims costs arising out of any infringement of copyright for photographs, images or materials supplied by the advertiser.
